Founder & Principal

Our founder, Iqbal Haider, brings more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience across private-sector and nonprofit organizations. He holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Business and has served in senior finance leadership roles including Vice President of Finance, Controller, Treasurer, and Manager of Finance & Compliance. Throughout his career, he has provided strategic financial leadership to executive teams, boards of directors, and business owners.

Iqbal has extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury management, internal controls, compliance, audit preparation, grants management, and operational finance. He has overseen organizations with more than $300 million in assets under management, delivered board-level financial reporting, and supported critical business decisions through data-driven financial analysis and strategic planning.

His background spans start-ups, manufacturing, healthcare, and non-profit sectors, giving him a unique ability to understand the financial challenges faced by organizations at different stages of growth. From managing full-cycle accounting operations and ERP implementations to improving cash flow, strengthening internal controls, and supporting audit readiness, Iqbal focuses on delivering practical solutions that create measurable value for clients.
